The Brief:
Work on refining core messaging for website, press-releases, sales & PR, with execution to deliver initial lead generation strategy approach.
The Execution:
Starting with the story, refining the co-founding teams’ story into industry agnostic comms, to then inform a templating approach to find networks, leads & press contacts.
This then informed the brand-led website copy & content, setting a working strategy in place for Social Media channels and a process by which to create and manage posting.
Cold emailing and calling industry press to seek opportunities to partner and form longer term relationships.
Identifying use cases outside of core membership appeal to drive initial revenue opportunities, and working through a step by step approach to deliver fast iteration and learnings.
